After reviewing the request, BLIYT will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior confirmation may be refused.

Ship the Product

The customer ships the product according to the provided instructions. The product must be properly packaged to avoid damage during transport.

Inspection

Once the product is received and inspected, BLIYT confirms whether the return is accepted.

Refund

The refund for the returned product is issued using the original payment method, within the applicable legal timeframe.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except when:

The product is defective

The wrong product was delivered

In these cases, BLIYT will cover the return shipping costs.

Returns and Giveaway

If an order is returned or canceled, the giveaway entry associated with that order is canceled, and the entry code becomes invalid.

Responsibility

BLIYT is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping if they are not properly packaged.
